  1. Schedule a free call

It’s as simple as that. A free 15-20 minute call can let us get to know each other and find out if we can work well together. Tell me about what’s going on and ask me your questions! Let’s make a plan together of what to do next. If I can’t help you, I likely know someone or something that can.

2. Service Agreements

When we decide to work together, I’ll send you a service agreement to sign. This thing is boring! But its important too, because it tells you everything I can and can’t do, how payment, privacy, and communication will work, and more. If I’m helping one person, but a loved one is paying, both people will sign a copy.

3. Let’s dive in

Usually, our next meeting is what I call an “intake.” I like to ask a bunch of questions about you, your health, and your current problems and support systems. I type all of this up and send you a copy once I’m done. This gives me a good background of your life, and helps me when I need to communicate for you (like with insurance companies). It also helps your doctors (old and new) get to know you in a snap when you send it out to them.
